"Reserved two 2 queen bed rooms and upon arrival was told one of them was given away on a first come first serve basis and was given a king bed for our family of 5. Front desk was less than helpful and no alternatives or help was given."

"Hotel was clean overall but wifi was unbelievably slow. The room next door was blasting TV at 2am, so I had to call the front desk. Not sure if maybe the walls are just thin. No complimentary water bottles"

"I didn't know that I'd be checking in with bedbugs or some kind of rodent that had died in the bed. It was brought to the attention of the management team that night that informed me that I should've stayed on the second floor, cause they don't go up to the second floor. "

"The AC in the suite did not work, so they changed our room to a better suite. Still, the suite was not cleaned well. The toilet was dirty and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty. Worst of all, the hotel is next to a night club and loud music plays until 2 AM!"

"The room was clean and the suite had everything we needed. The front desk staff was wonderful; always helpful, welcoming, and polite. Breakfast was a typical complimentary breakfast, but it was plentiful and hot. The location was a short walk from Target Field. We would stay here again."

"The woman with long hair at the desk who checked us in was snippy and unhelpful. Her hair covered her name tag. The rooms are hard worn, water pressure was terrible, doors are dinged, the flip lock on the door was hanging by the screws. No remote in the bedroom for the TV. Had to call for it. The pullout bed had one pillow and the case left for it barely fit it and there should have been two pillows. The blanket was very worn. Parking was tough, double parked cars waiting on 6th for valet so we...

"The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel.
