We were told upon arrival that the hotel was without air conditioning and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We should have taken that as our chance to change hotels. The room was comfortable at first but got warmer through the afternoon evening. No fans were available when we checked later in the evening. The happy hour snacks had been attacked by the many kiddos running through the building so we were lucky to dig out a few gold fish and some pretzel mix from the snack containers. The chips and salsa and fruit bowls were left with just crumbs. We then went to the pool and there were so many people in the pool my kids didn't stay long and wanted to try again in the morning. After breakfast we went upstairs to change into swim suits and came back down to find a sign on the door that it was closed until further notice. We went back up stairs and packed up and left. No one was at the counter when we waited to leave so we ended up dropping the keys on the box and leaving. We are willing to pay the little extra for Embassy Suites but this time was a real disappointment.
