"Clean room and nice shower. Staff was all very friendly. Great omelllete in the morning. Good location for what we were doing. Only downside is the bar is in the common area and kids running around everywhere."

"My check in started bad due to my itinerary was booked thru third party and had issues finding on computer about .30 minute check in. Second the entire hotel smelled like weed and inside our room it smelled worse. Floor was dirty under beds and around kitchen hen area. Had a bad smell and then found there was mold all around AC unit. We found roach by sink area and the bathroom door had a hole and with pain over it. We called front desk and we were told nothing they can do and no more rooms available to move. She did say we can leave and money refunded. We looked around area for other hotels and all booked or very far away. Front staff didn’t care of situation at all at this point we made best of it and will never stay or recommend this place. To top things off one elevator and it was not working all weekend !! Just great."

"Spent 4 nights (5 days) and our room wasn’t cleaned at all. On the 3rd day, we called their attention, the cleaner and his supervisor came to let us know they were very busy and wouldn’t be able to clean our room, we only asked them for clean towels. They promised to clean our room first the next day, but they didn’t clean our room till we checked out, which was very bad. On the third day, the WiFi password was tampered with (I believe this was done by the hotel for reasons known to them). For half a day, we couldn’t communicate with families and friends, not until we met with the staff at the reception and she gave us another WiFi connection. The hotel itself, parking was good, breakfast was okay (not much variety), atmosphere was fine, even though you could see people hanging around the front door, smoking. I think the State uses the hotel for people that need housing as well, which makes the hotel partly ‘public’."

"There was nothing wrong with hotel, overall. I just thought my room had a microwave, and that there was free breakfast. Also, there’s a small restaurant in the lobby that gives the impression of Starbucks but it’s not. They do sell their coffee though."

"This was the worst experience we have every had. What they post online is and was not what we got in return. The pool was closed due to health violations, the breakfast was not great and if i had to say, there was no breakfast at all. The eggs were runny, there was no other things available. My wife got food poising from the eggs. The outside of the hotel was not picked up. there was garbage all over the place. The rooms were in poor quality and again the pictures of the room was not what we paid for. Things were damaged in the room before we got there like a broken window, the lounge chair was ripped and there was a strong smell of mold. The staff was horrible. I went to complain about what we had issues and we got no resolution. This place needs to be shut down immediately and the whole staff needs to be replaced with individuals that actually care. I would like to have a refund and my $100 deposit back ASAP!! If things are not fixed or taken care of I will be reaching out to a lawyer."

"Ice machine out of service. Elevator slow and rickety. Dirty walls and floors everywhere. Exterior dead, dying and overgrown. Room tv broken- sound but spotty screen. Thermostat control non-functional. Toilet leaking from tank. Sink faucet loose. Sink drain rod not connected- drain would not hold water. Bathtub cracked. Chair seat ripped. Furniture delaminated surface - two pieces. Creaking door hard to close. These operators are running this hotel into the ground."
