"Did not need air conditioning as weather was cool. Parking was good. However a man sat in his car as if waiting for someone or something. Occausionally he would get out and walk around for a few minutes. He was there at least from 7 pm ( when we checked end) to after 10pm, at which time we went bed so we don’t know when he left."

"This was a spacious room with a useful desk to get work done. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and food and drinks are available 24/7 just behind the front desk plus a convenience store on the ground floor. The location was fine for walking to the convention center, about 10 minutes, and much less expensive than hotels adjacent to the conference. The downtown area felt safe during the day but was deserted at night even on the weekend (I walked fast). "

"$4 for a cup of basic coffee at the front desk? $30 a night for parking and I still got a ticket from the city that had to be dealt with by manager. Ball of hair stuck to the “clean” towel in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room was otherwise nice. Won’t stay again though."

"Cosmos closed without notice. Wanted supper after traveling a few hours late, but closed. Shower head did not work room 1414. Went for breakfast on Sunday, we waited 30 minutes for our meal. I think waitress forgot to enter meal. Then witnessed male push away the small female waitress at the till or whatever it is called it was uncomfortable and abusive. Made us very uncomfortable. She was a quiet sweet waitress that probably was learning and English iffy. But we did not like it. We were offered no discounts for waiting or explanation for delay. I have never sent a review. I am not a pretentious complainer that nit picks. The lofton is a very nice place to stay and I have no other complaints. I would stay again. Beautiful and location is everything."

"Property is really nice but a little dated decor wise. But the big rooms are a great thing with so many chains downsizing these days. "

"Why does no one answer the main line?"

"Pool is closed - emptied - used for storage. Kids were disappointed. Sketchy neighborhood. Towels and bedding for the pullout were very hard to come by. You get one towel. Won’t return."

"Very spacious single bed room. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. It seemed most of the people staying there were on extended stay. So, most left during the day for work and were quiet at night."
