We explored quite a lot of Barcelona and decided this was definitely the best area to stay as we were near so many local eateries. The room was spotless, thanks to the fabulous housekeeping team. There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed. "This hotel is in the heart of LaRamba street. The staff are excellent and very helpful in giving recommendations for resturants and directions. We arrived at 8:00am, after a long flight From US and we were able to check in to our room early. What a surprise and we then gained some sleep and catch up to time zone. Have stayed in other places in Barcelona, but this property is by far the best 3 star for loc ation and price point."
