Cozy beautiful place
It's a beautiful place, we love it. I definitely will come back. very clean and spacious. the breakfast was delicious.

Lo disfrutamos muchísimo, tranquilo, la atención y calidez de todo el personal fue maravillosa, lo recomendamos para quien quiera disfrutar realmente la experiencia de la vida rural estando a 45 minutos en carro de ciudades y lugares de interés. Si tenemos la oportunidad no dudaremos en regresar.

Perfect stay!
Beautiful structure, spacious room and great evening meal. There was no airconditioning in the room but the room was relatively cool despite an outside temperature of 30 degrees.

The staff was very friendly, the historic property way beautiful and well maintained. Dinner was excellent and moderately priced with a great selection of food and wines.. it lived up to all my expectations.I hope to visit again.

Pleasant Agritourismo stay
An old estate with traditional balsamico factory house with local restaurant. We enjoyed a lot of our stay. The room is spacious, hotel staffs are nice and attentive. We like to come back again for a long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay here! The agroturismo style was just what we wanted. At the restaurant we had one of the best dinners we have ever had, EVER, and the view on the patio is amazing. The owner fit us in and gave us a tour of the property and we got a private tasting of the vinegar, which was like nothing I’ve ever had. I’d stay here again!

The main issue we had was the fact that the room we ended up getting (and it was the last room available because there was a wedding) was not the room I had booked. I had booked a suite with one bedroom and a living room with fireplace. Instead they gave us a two bedroom (with a second room with twin beds which we didn’t have a need for) and no living room or fireplace. I wanted to leave. But there was no other hotel available nearby and we had no choice but stay. The cleanliness was also questionable as in the room we found ants, spiders and a giant spiderweb hanging from the ceiling. I took pictures. The staff was helpful and apologized about the room being different (I didn’t bother complaining about the bugs) and offered us a bottle of white wine with our dinner, which was nice but still did not make up for the different room and bugs. We were in a rush and had to leave but I should have not been charged for the suite because that is not the room I have been given.

One night in Cavazzone
We stayed one night obviously in the very beginning of the season being the only customers. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, but within one kilometer there was a trattoria with very good food. Location is nice, the room was big and the bathroom spacy and very clean. A nice place If you like silent countryside.

Nice place, located on a hill with beautiful views. Unfortunately the reception wasn't very warm and the restaurant on location wasn't open.

Great escape from city
Well maintained farm land residence. Its cleanliness is top notch. It runs a very nice restaurant too. Breakfast is simple but environment and atmosphere there is great.

Farm stay in the hills
As a one night stopover on a drive from Assisi to Como, Cavazzone was a little slice of paradise in the country. This working farm/Inn completely exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous setting, historic significance, warm hospitality, delicious dinner and breakfast plus a tour of the balsamic vinegar facility made for a very special stay.

Idéal pour un séjour dépaysant
Un peu difficile a localiser, même avec un GPS. L'emplacement est superbe. Restaurant très bon et service accueillant. Aménagement superbe a l'intérieur d'un établissement ancestral.

What a delight!
We stumbled upon Cavazzone as hotels in Parma and Modena were sold out. This is a magnificent historic property that is celebrated as making the best Balsamic vinegar. The property, about 700 years old, is most lovingly restored, the views from atop the hill are breathtaking. We booked a large suite a night before our arrival for $92. It should be a thousand dollars. A great steal. The restaurant is terrific. Review the photos, some a hundred years old, in the photo album. Take a small bottle of Balsamic vinegar - larger, if you are a connoisseur

Skøn udsigt, fantastisk mad, simpelt sted
En rigtig gård. Deres primære funktion er som restaurant, og dvs. din receptionist er en tjener, men maden er fantastisk og ligeledes er udsigten fra spiseområdet. Værelserne er hyggelige og med rigelig plads. Selvom de siger der er internet var dækningen ikkeeksisterende, så hvis du er afhængig af wifi er det ikke stedet.

Très dépaysant, les points de vues panoramiques sont exceptionnels. Restaurant sur place très bon! Toutefois la climatisation n'était pas optimale car le climatiseur se trouvait dans le salon plutôt que dans la chambre...l'air frais ne se rendait pas, quand il fait 30 degrés la nuit c'est un problème!

Quel expérience, vous n'aurais jamais quelques chose de pareil. Situé dans une ancienne ferme au coeur des montagnes de la région de Regianno. Le personnel est très intentionné. Décrochage instantanée.

Delightful country escape
We have enjoyed staying in this family's city property (Hotel Posta in Reggio Emilia)and wanted to have the 'country' experience. We were lucky to have a friend drive us and collect us as the road is narrow and windy and a distance up in the hills- but well worth it! fabulous views and fascinating explanation of their locally produced traditional balsamic vinegar. Area is lovely for a country walk and the restored farmhouse is as cosy and historic as you would expect. Food is delicious (some evening staff a little formal). A memorable stay!

Fantastisk hotell. Hotellet ligger i idylliske omgivelser langt ute på landet. Kjempefine rom. Bra restaurant med mye god mat og god vin. Kan anbefales.

Snorkiga personal, ville inte prata och förstå engelska, maten var inget som imponerade allt smaka balsamvinäger. Rummen saknade klimat anläggning, och de myggnät som fanns var sönder, vilket innebar att man var myggäten.
