"Small room but clean and modern. Staff was polite and helpful. Checkout was strict and early but they offered to store our bags so we could explore a little longer. The rooftop coffee hang out was a nice touch. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain and places to eat. Lastly, we arrived after the check in window but the staff sent us the code so we didn’t have any issues on our first stay. It was a good stay."

"After a long day of traveling, we arrived to the hotel to find a skeleton crew of staff who were not all that friendly or accommodating. Once we hauled our luggage up several flights of stairs to our room we found the room to be a bit dingy and the television did not work. We were expecting to relax and watch some television before an early flight the next morning. We contacted guest services to report the issue. "Amazing hotel with wonderful staff in a fantastic location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was modern with all the amenities we required. They also provided an iron and ironing board upon request. Luna at reception is a wonderful lady! A credit to the hotel. We had some nice chats. The hotel is in a great location with lots of the main attractions within walking distant. Highly recommend!"

"i like to leave this review to help everyone. this place was so central to everywhere. we were able to walk to all the famous sites. and right downstairs, shops and restaurants as well. the room were big enough for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). the bathroom was spacious and shower pressure excellent. laura was an excellent host. we were able to leave our bags before check in and she texted when it was ready. this place was awesome!"
