"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"The property in general was well maintained, but the rooms used for Expedia guests don't seem to be given the same attention. 3 softball sized areas of peeling paint and exposed drywall were in my room."

"The property looks a little dumpy, but it’s old. Grounds were well maintained. The room had some issues. The fire alarm was upgraded which was good but the old one was left in the ceiling complete with exposed wires. The room was mostly clean, but there was mold on the room door frame at the top. There was some damage to the wall next to the shower door leaving exposed tiles. The TV worked well with lots of options. The volume was good and loud and the shower had hot water. We did learn,...

"When we first arrived there was coffee pods in the room but no coffee pot so we had to ask for that and was told she had to hunt one down. Beds were extremely uncomfortable almost felt like air mattresses. The only plus of staying here was how close it was to the beach. "
