"The room was not as advertised. Staff at check in was not helpful. We had notified them ahead of time that we were celebrating an anniversary - no acknowledgement - bathroom was dirty, very small, patio was dirty - uncomfortable. No security. Fees were not as expected. Not safe- each time we walked out - there were homeless people hanging out and accosting us ."

"The pool was not open most days of our stay in early June, so people should be aware of this. Also, the water is not always open in front of the Tropicana but is open in front of other hotels on some days. This was unfortunate because the lifeguard allowed us to get our feet in up to the knee one day and then forbade us from entering the water at all the next day. We had 14 of us and mostly kids that just wanted to get their feet wet. Tropicana makes enough money to hire a lifeguard everyday in...

"The building is very old and requires alot of repairs. The rug carpet very old, and appears dirty. Overall, maintenance is needed urgently. The refrigerator had black mold, and had to be cleaned thoroughly. The air did feel fresh at all. Would not recommend!!! The hotel is in urgent need of repairs!!!"

"We stayed at Ceasar’s Palace for one night and I must say me and my husband made the right choice. The room was spacious, very neat and we’re quite lucky the front desk gave us an ocean view. Highly recommended."
