"Great hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms have everything you need inside. They offer variety of food on the restaurant and have vending machine for anything after hours. Service desk assist us on booking an early taxi to get to the hotel and it was a breeze. Only complain is checkout, not sure if the crew is new or service is not working. It took a while for them to figure out the system. Overall great service. "

"Loved all of the aesthetics of this hotel. Staff was hospitable and courteous. The location is excellent as well given it is within the same general area of the tourist attractions. However, I would recommend that maps be provided to every guest upon completing their registration. It can easily be added to the welcome packet present in each room. I was a little disturbed to know that the hotel only provides tours to Murano and Burano islands. Therefore, if you have other tours you are interested...

"Murano is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and this hotel has a water taxi stop right out front. There are limited and pricey food options around so make sure you eat beforehand in Venice or venture out for dinner by 7. There’s also a Coop grocery store a block down the street if you need snacks. The Hyatt rooms are very spacious—more of a North American size.
