좋았어요! 숙소도 정말 깨끗하고 직원도 정말 정말 친절했어요! 공항까지 이용하는 택시가 €35 였는데, 가격을 미리 알려줬으면 좋았을 것 같아요. 처음 듣고 비싸서 좀 놀랐네요..베니스 섬이랑 먼 것 빼고 정말 완벽해요! 최고예요!!

This location is excellent and convenient for local shopping plus near the airport. But one thing need to be improve is that the hot water. A gas boiler would be ideal.

Amazing customer service and hotel!

Our stay was amazing! The customer service is great and they give you great recommendations to places throughout Venice! Yes the destination was a little farther than expected, but it is a 5 minute walk to the train station and the train ride is 25 minutes totally worth it! Great service, and clean space we loved it!

It is an apartment block in a modern part of Quarto d'Altino, so no view but good parking znd supermarket and a straightforward walk to the station. Clean but could do with updating cnd some fixtures and fittings replacing. Water pressure is very low indeed, worth bearing in mind if you have teenage daughters with long hair to wash! The staff are absolutely fabulous and if a suburban self catering location suits you then this is ideal. It suited us.

The staff were wonderful. We were greeted well and provided with all the local knowledge needed. When our return flight at the airport was cancelled they arranged a taxi to return to them and accommodate us for the night. They also ordered us a taxi to return to the airport the following morning. All this was done with great sympathy and understanding. Wonderful!

We love the place! We cooked our breakfast , the supermarket, the pharmacy (that we needed because of my sister-in-law needed some medicine) were nearby. The area was quiet and safe during the night that we were there. The pharmacist was very accommodating and helped us got the medicine my husband needed during that time. The landlord was very helpful to us and we communicated well. Our room was comfortable . I am highly recommending this Residence.

posizione strategica, struttura perfetta anche per lunghi soggiorni. Dotata di parcheggio e di tutte le comodità. In appartamento abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia d'acqua e caffe in cialde accanto alla macchinetta del caffè. Temperatura interna ideale, balconcino con poltrone e tavolo. Unica nota negativa, qualche famiglia che cucina con le porte aperte e finestre chiuse, ma trattasi di maleducazione degli ospiti, passato il corridoio e chiusa la porta, c'è massima tranquillità. Sicuramente ci torno, anche perché per le mie esigenze è migliore rispetto alla camera di hotel.

This property is about a 13 car ride from the airport. It’s a bit isolated from the main city of Venice. It’s located in a small town in the outskirts of Venice. Very cozy with little shops and places to eat. Limited but nice. Good for a 1-2 day stay between flights. If your from USA, bring UK to USA electrical adapter. Renzo lent us one from the office. He’s great! Grocery store nearby, pharmacy, gelato, et.

Renzo is a fantastic guy, he offered to pick us up from station, gave us all info we needed to travel around Venice.... The apartment is nice, clean and spacious with kitchen. Good location, 10mins from train station, restaurants and supermarkets are just 2mins away. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

Our trip was good the hotel and staff were friendly. The room was ok it had some black mold on the bathroom ceiling and smelled of cigarette smoke considering it was a non smoking facility. Over all our stay was good

The apartment was the perfect size for my family of 6. We had enough space to spread out a little without feeling cramped and the balcony was nice too. The apartment complex could use a little modifying but it met our needs so I can’t complain. There is parking on site which is great! There are some restaurants near by and a grocery store. The lady who checked us in was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she had short dirty blonde hair with glasses. We told her we were going to spend the day in Venice and she got us a map of Venice and pointed out a bunch of places and routes to take and she also gave us all the information for the train station which is very close to the apartment and an easy walk (even with young children). Overall the stay was nice and convenient before we went on our cruise. Thanks.
