"Sauberes Zimmer, nah am Vaporetto, in 30 Minuten ist man an der Rialto Brücke oder am Markusplatz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Busparking, das war schon etwas lärmig. Die Gardinen dichten nicht sehr ab daher Schlafmaske mitnehmen "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. "Reinigung des Zimmers könnte besser sein ( Haare in der Dusche, Wasserpflecken an der Scheibe, etc... ) Personal zwar freundlich aber zu wenig vorhanden Hotel ist gefühlt auf Massenabfertigung geschult. Kein individual Service oder Gespräch. Personal an der Rezeption und insbesondere während des Frühstücks unterbesetzt.. Das Auffüllen des Essens beim Frühstück hat sich gezogen, Besteck haben gefehlt, ... obwohl das Hotel nicht voll ausgebucht waren (mehrere Tische waren nicht...
