"Had to swop rooms twice as first room paint was scuffed, bed not clean. 2nd room (upgraded to superior) was right next to air con which kept me awake all night, has cracks in paint work and mould in bathroom. 3rd room was very nice. Staff were lovely and bar area was nice. Gardens beautiful. Rest of hotel (not shown in website) photos needs renovation with broken window in corridors, scuffed and peeling paint. "

"Pool was pretty old and grubby. Staff generally nice and helpful. Ridiculous that you have to also pay for parking whilst already having paid for the room - not exactly a city centre location."
