The front desk team was extremely helpful with valet service for our car, using the hotel bicycles and even offering beverages during calls in the lobby. Finally, the room service was impeccable. "Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."
