Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo."

"Staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Only thing we had an issue with was the pots and pan for the stove. Lid did not match either item and made it little hard to steam our items. "

Pool table and games in main hall and some breakfast items such as hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, pancakes and oatmeal. E-bikes to use and discounts at attractions around town. "

"We had a early flight so could not use the breakfast. Instead they packed us a nice paper bag breakfast to enjoy at the airport."

"We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt. Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. "The Crown Isle Resort is our favorite place to stay in Courtenay. No matter which room we stay in we are always so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodations. Staff are friendly and always go out of their way to be sure we are taken care of."

"My husband and I have stayed here numerous times, before our kids, now with our kids and with and without our dog. We love the location as our favourite pizza place is right across the street lol and it is a nice area to walk the dog. The price is right for being right on the marina and the rooms are a fine size and nicely updated. Even find the beds quite comfy. This time I messed up by not making note of our dog coming with us and upon checking in the front desk person was so chill and made it...
