"Liked the location. Nice room. When I pulled down the comforter at 11pm I found specks of blood on the sheet. That was disappointing. I just covered with a towel. Wish they offered convenience items, bottles of water and breakfast. Otherwise. It was clean, friendly, amazing location."

"The property is well maintained and you get what you would expect with a budget hotel. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and helpful the staff were and how quiet it was at night time. I would stay here again"

"Loved the beach walkway right in front of our room. When the tide was out, you could walk on the ocean floor for miles. The hotel had chairs and beach umbrellas, along with board games and other fun amenities. The suite was well equipped, and the ocean views were amazing. Even on a rainy day, just sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves during high tide was relaxing."

"Beautiful location. Nice, large and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Concerns: chose to upgrade to whirlpool room with kitchen. Jet in sprayed water across the room and therefore was unusable, kitchen had good supply of cookware but only set of four dishware and not event salt and pepper. TV in bedroom did not work and was jam packed with wires and seemed to be falling off of the wall. Slow toilets. Closet doors were off rails in all closets but fixed quickly when we called front desk....

"The accommodations were excellent. The bed, linens, towels and the kitchen were very good. The pool and hot tub were good too. The breakfast was the best I ever had. Everything was very clean."

"Very clean and spacious suite. Comfy bed. However, the pull out sofa bed was very hard! Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Hotel is in a great location with easy access from the main road. Lots of shopping and dining within a 5 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel was very clean throughout. Ample free parking. Wish they had breakfast included in the price. However, the rates were some of the best in the area."

"Only has A/C units in main room. The bedroom only had fan. But it is an older building so not surprised. Clive's was fantastic. Try the Empress G&T, very visually impressive and tasty too! Steak and Frites happy hour was delicious! Roof top dining great view, dinner was average."

"We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. Thank you to the team. We had a most lovely visit."
