"Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff was probably my only ding. Check in and out was subpar for a luxury hotel. I understand having to wait but if you see a guest standing there for a period of time and aren’t assisting another guest just be polite, acknowledge our presence and say I’ll be right with you. Subpar experiences like this bookended our otherwise fine stay."
