"Lovely hotel very close to the centre"

"I specifically chose this apartment/hotel option for access to 1 of 3 onsite parking spots. Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. "Nice hotel for visiting Verona, great location for visiting local bars and café. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Staff were helpful and pleasant. You get free bottle water each day. Check out is 10.30 not 11. "
