The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up. One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ...

"This is an amazing place to stay. Room was comfortable, quiet, and had a gorgeous common view. Shower was large with good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was wonderful. Neighborhood was safe, five minute walk from main tourist area. Many restaurants within two minutes that were not overly touristy, but had English-speaking staff."
