"We were very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Not like all the other Best Westerns that we have stayed at. The room was not especially clean, the TV didn't work and they had no one to fix it until the next day. I will be calling the manager to ask for some kind of compensation. We are Diamond members and expected a much better experience."

Very noisy on room closest to road (but ADA parking spot in front). No side table on 1 side of bed. Terrible lighting (lack of). Furniture placement not efficient. Bathroom very hot (even when room is cool). Not real sure about the choice in window coverings (?). TV and/or remote difficult to figure out. + Bed comfy + Decent $ + Gave...

"A lot of the furniture was damaged or straight up broken. The shower head was leaking from the actual shower head (not the connection). The beds were horrendous - uncomfortable and felt unstable. There was hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but almost zero gluten free options."

"While the property was clean, when we arrived and checked into the room, our room was so hot, you’d think, since they knew they were having people stay in this room, they’d turn on the air, but no. We had to turn on the air and leave for awhile. Thankfully, it cooled, but not a great start. And if your a person, like myself and my family, we don’t like to wake up to a bright room- the curtains were so thin, the room was so bright, we couldn’t sleep. So, definitely will not be returning."

"The staff, especially Michael, were very helpful. Michael assisted us with some heavy items we needed to put into a room before check-in as they were not meant to be in a hot car for the entire day especially since we were not going to check into the room until late at night. AW"

"It was an amazing stay, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the outside was amazing, the locals were incredibly friendly, the music room was awesome and I definitely recommend everyone to give this hotel a chance, it was probably my favorite one to stay at and given the beautiful surrounding areas makes it that much better"
