"Our room had a poor smell to it and the sofa needed to be cleaned. Appears as if a prior guest had a pet with them. The pool was closed so that was a little disappointing. Overall, the stay was ok. I’m sure the small issues we had are easy corrections."

"The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. I loved their minimalist pool, the fact that the king bed room was like a studio apartment, and its location. The kitchenette could’ve been cleaner, but i wasn’t that worried about it. The phone answering time could also be a little quicker, but i wasn’t mad about it. "Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Our issue was we payed cash and our card was also charged. When I called to let them know I was informed they were already aware and the manager was reimbursing our card. That was Saturday. I have them through the holiday and still no money has been returned as of Wednesday night. I have tried calling hotel several times and I am not getting any answer or the line will be disconnected at times. Definitely will be aware next time we go through this area."

"I have had good experiences with other home2 hotels so was hopeful for this one. Do not stay on the first floor! I can’t speak for the other floors but it was dirty dirty. The room we had was at the end of the hall and was in rough shape. The bathroom door was nothing short of a hazard if need not downright dangerous for customers, especially anyone elderly. It could be closed with some effort but almost impossible to open. Also the door to the outside is at the end of that and bangs shut loudly...
