Royalton Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

"I stayed at Royalton Antigua with my partner for my birthday and, overall, we had an amazing experience. I loved the atmosphere and ambiance of the resort, the pool was great, the food quality was excellent, and the bar staff were fantastic โ energetic, friendly and always creating a great vibe. I would genuinely love to return. My main disappointment was the administration/reception team and the way the US$200 damage deposit was handled. I was told the deposit would be automatically refunded after checkout, but over a week later I was still waiting for the money to be returned. When I contacted the resort, I received conflicting and vague information โ one person said it had already been processed, while another advised my partner that I should contact my bank to request a chargeback. I donโt feel guests should have to chase a hotel or contact their bank to recover a damage deposit. If the hotel cannot reliably process the refund, I feel it would be better to securely retain the guestโs card details and only charge for confirmed damages. This was my only real frustration, but it did put a dampener on an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily return to Royalton, but I hope the hotel improves its deposit process and provides guests with clearer, more consistent information."

"We had an amazing experience! I loved everything about our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful at all times. They made us feel very comfortable and were always there whenever we needed anything. Everything was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I would happily stay here again!"

"A fantastic resort that left us feeling completely relaxed. The bay is perfect with soft, golden sand and crystal clear water. The quality of food across the resort is excellent and canโt be faulted. All members of the Galley Bay team - housekeeping, restaurant, bar, management - are superb! We couldnโt have asked for a better, friendly approach to the service and our overall experience. We are already planning our return visit!"
