"Very clean room and staff was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. We didn’t use the pool, only the beach and cabana service was perfect."

"Food was not good. Restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation between 10-3. There were three restaurants.. not including the ice cream/ coffee shop that was twice out of ice cream, a sports bar that took an hour to receive your food wit no one in the place, and a buffet that was average at best. Out of the three other restaurants, the Italian place was good others not so much! Drinks were ok. Entertainment was ok. Staff was ok.not much of a beach… handles coming off on all...

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center. The staff and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean, and at night you can only hear the sound of the sea waves. The hotel's restaurant is a must-try. The lobster fettuccine and the pizza are exceptional."

"Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value."

The staff are friendly, but there simply aren’t enough of them for the number of guests. The food is tasty (if you manage to get something), but for the only restaurant you need to come at 6:00 a.m. to register for a 7:30 seating. The selection is very limited, but you won’t go hungry. "The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "
