"A friend recommended this place. It was very beautiful and secluded. The resort never felt crowded. There was only one day we couldn’t find a pool chair but everyone was at the pools due to the seagrass build up on the beach. I’d imagine there’s never issues otherwise. The staff was either very friendly and personal, or standoffish and didn’t seem to want to be there. Reception and guest services were the nicest and most helpful people for everything. The ladies at the cafe were great as well especially with how busy it gets there. 3 stars because half the staff seemed annoyed to be there, and my group wasn’t obnoxious or needy but they made it seem like we were bothering them. The pools are only open 9am-6pm. That restriction didn’t sound bad but once there it was a bit of a bummer. Bars don’t open until 10am. The pelican grill was hit or miss if you’d get a friendly staff member and the hours were confusing because they closed at 6pm according to posted signs. But they stayed open later and served pizza which was something we stumbled on the last 2 nights we were there. Entertainment was nice and I appreciated it didn’t go on super late. Food choices were great but you have to make reservations the day you check in otherwise you’ll be SOL. We didn’t get to eat at the pineapple grill or Italian restaurant because of this. Resort is easy to get around and spacious enough. Beach was beautiful. Seagrass was bad but that’s not PBC fault, workers worked hard to clear daily."

"Poolside was great! Limited seating at the pool. If you don’t get there early, you are out of luck. Views were fantastic. Staff was lovely and took good care during our staff. Facilities and room were clean. Needs renovation, modern updates."

"This was an absolute gem! My husband and I were here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly, the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious and our room was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and are excited to return again."

"Air conditioning was perfect, everything was great, except the TV, not that I spent time watching it, however at night it was not able to view at all. Overall, hotel is excellent, location, staff, everything was perfect. Definitely will go back there."

"The staff were definitely on island time and things were a little disorganized. The room was nice, and most of the staff were nice. There was no food or drink service at the pools. We had to ask for sodas in the restaurant multiple times, and sometimes didn't even get them before we were done eating. The beach areas were nice. The restaurant schedules were a little strange and after a certain time, there was only one place to get food. "
