"The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the beaches and water are among the most beautiful I have seen. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend Coco's and plan on returning. One side note, take the steep incline throughout the resort seriously, it was no joke."

"In general it was good except the toilet. The shower was worst I found in good quality hotels globally. Even informed, it was not fixed. Very poor maintenance service. "

"Nice place. Basic, clean. 6 cottages overlooking a salt pond right behind coastal woods. 10 minute walk to Yepton Beach. 10 minute drive to St. John, but all routes lead thru narrow, pot-holed, 2-way traffic in poor residential neighborhoods. "

"This hotel / estate was so wonderful and the perfect start to our vacation in Antigua. While this isn’t the most “convenient” spot, if you have a car, there’s absolutely not trouble. Easy parking, great breakfast, great drinks, band on Thursday night, and otherwise, so lowkey. A quiet spot, with a beautiful garden surrounding with a handful of bird species. Highly recommend to anyone. "

"South Point has a great position over looking the harbour & is a 20 minute walk ( or 5 minute cab) to pigeon beach which is beautiful (bring your trainers) The whole Island is unspoilt & the people are so lovely! We are definitely going back see you soon South Point!"

"Property was great. Views were beautiful. Some of the pool furnishings are worn. Food is ok. The cove restaurant is an amazing atmosphere but not worth the extra price. The same ice cream is double the price in the cove. Also-Service is very slow in the restaurants."

"The property is older, but upgrading is going on. Beach was great. The staff worked tirelessly and fulfilled my requests. I never had an issue with food choices. Is this a Sandals? No its not, but I can come here twice for going to Sandals once. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked the resort again. I did not have high expectations going, but we were pleasantly surprised on how well everything was for us. I know some expect more, but a clean bed, good food, nice staff, and for us a Great Beach is all we want. The pools are nice and the main pool is very large. We didn't use the pools because of the beach. I would recommend the resort to anyone who is on the fence. "

"This resort is private and quaint. It is a smaller resort so it was not crowded and you didnt have to fight to reserve everything a head of time. The staff were very polite and made you feel like you were a priority. There was a main restaurant and 2 smaller areas where food was available at scheduled times. There was never a time where you couldnt find something to eat. The rooms feel very private and secluded, and the views were amazing no matter where you were sitting! We would definitely recommend this resort and definitely will return. "
