"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"Google took us to the wrong Prince hotel, after trudging around a large area with heavy bags we came to another Prince Hotel. Luckily staff saved the day and took us on a long walk to the Grand Prince Hotel. It was also a hike to get to the station. The hotel was huge, our standard rooms small but in reasonable condition and clean. The public areas were beautiful, tasteful and staff excellent. The grounds between all the Prince Hotels was magical, night and day. Best breakfast we had in Japan! "

"We had a wonderful time staying here. I traveled with 2 teens and it was perfect for us. Room was small for 3 people to move around but it’s Tokyo and rooms tend to be smaller. "It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."
