"Absolutely fantastic experience - the customer service was some.of the best, and we travel extensively. In Cincinnati, I've stayed at the Cincinnatian, 21c, and the Hyatt. For location you can't beat the Westin across from Fountain Square. Note the building is shared with other businesses (including restaurants) that are part of the lower level. Around the corner is the best breakfast in Cincinnati, "Sleepy Bee" which is a short walk around the corner. This is the place to stay in Cincinnati - there is no doubt the right choice. "

"What an excellent hotel. We literally can not find one bad thing to say about our stay. You get free dinner in the evening ... also ONE DOLLAR adult beverages. Our room was very clean including the bathroom. We have stayed in quite a few hotels lately and this by far was the best. If you're on the fence about choosing one.. we definitely recommend this one. The staff was amazing 👏 "
