"We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!"

"The staff there were absolutely amazing!! The breakfast ladies were phenomenal!! We have stayed at many hotels over the years but this one was great for our family. We have 6 in our family and booked a 2 bedroom suite. Great space, everyone was comfortable sleeping. Warmed pool, jacuzzi, game room, basketball court and the court yard is beautiful and the weather was perfect to sit outside. Overall great experience to coming to Buffalo for the first time!!"
