"Staff was polite and helpful. Room size was large and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. Only complaint is drink prices at the rooftop terrace, nothing is listed with pricing so imagine my shock when I ordered the drink they had on "special" and was charged $14 for one drink and $8 for a beer. Needless to say next time I'll bring my own drinks and maybe just hang out there for the atmosphere. Bartender was nice but we sat there with empty glasses/bottles for over 30 minutes, there were...

"I was not very impressed. I usually stay here and this was the worst day ever. I had no hot water. There was ants in my bathroom. The room smelt like a blueberry vape. And there was people walking around hazmat suits. I don't know if it was related to the construction but it made me nervous"

"Unacceptable breakfast buffet. No hot foods, no yogurt, dry old cereal. Coffee was TERRIBLE- instant coffee from a machine. Pillows were very old as were the sheets, they were very worn and would not stay on a mattress. Toilet was out in middle of floor, seat would not stay on. We had to go and buy our own pillows at Walmart. Owners are frugal and the condition of the hotel reflects it. Very disappointing."
