Best Western Upstate New York hotels

"The rooms were terrific. I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but this was probably the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. My only complaint was that there was a very large parking lot closed off which made it difficult to get to the hotel lobby for my elderly mother, who was still recovering from hip surgery and using a walker. "

"Friendly staff, comfy beds and peaceful surroundings. I like that they had fresh, cold lemon/lime water in lobby. The Dennys beside it was closed so we had to travel a bit to get breakfast. Overall it was a good hotel. "

"The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the woman who checked us in. I saw her later in our stay cleaning the rooms, even scrubbing something out of the carpet in a hallway. "

"It was quiet. However, the very stained and ripped sheets, curtains and most ceilings kind of brought it down. Not to mention the gentleman urinating right at the front doors for my children to see."
