"Staff was very helpful, even though I made a mistake with my booking they worked with me to ensure I got the extra night I needed. Both restaurants were delicious and its only a 15 minute drive from pretty much anything you'd want to visit in San Diego "

"I showed up a tad bit early and reception said no rooms showed up as available in her computer, however, she took the extra step to call one of the housekeepers and they told her a room was available. I was able to check in early with no problem! That was very kind of front desk to do. The room was sooo clean, housekeeper definitely takes pride in her work, don’t forget to tip them! Although some of the furniture seems to be outdated it is definitely not a problem. The toilet would randomly run after use which I thought would be annoying when we were trying to sleep but it wasn’t. This place deserves 5stars. In comparison to all other hotels in the area charging $300 a night, this was the best option for us and luckily it didn’t disappoint. Anyone else that has bad things to say about this place needs to got spend more money elsewhere then. "

"Beautiful and clean hotel staff was nice but took a little while to greet me at check in also I was not aware of the $29 parking fee per car so he prepared. "

"Loved how close to downtown, staff was very helpful with any questions asked. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel to family and friends. Only downfall was that the pool/hottub closed at 8 pm. Seems a bit early. Also not able to use the outdoor heaters due to a private event, would’ve liked to be able to use as well.😊"
