Expedia does not disclose the fact that there is no elevator, no staff on the premises and it’s exceptionally confusing to enter the property. The address says 1st Avenue; the door is heavily graffitied and locked and you must go around the corner to a different address and there is no way to know that except for a tiny sign obscured by the graffiti.
