"This hotel, located in Koreatown is a perfect option in terms of convenience. It is close to the subway station and several eateries, not to mention that it's a stone's throw away from the iconic Macy's Herald Square. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The housekeeping service was prompt, thorough and efficient. We booked a standard king room and was upgraded to an empire view room. Of course the view did not disappoint. The room was a little tight but we did not spend any great...

"The property was under renovation, I got stuck on an elevator and my room never went lower than 73 degrees in temperature! Avoid this place like the plague! The staff were very friendly though!"

"Hotel was spotless. Very well located. Very attentive staff throughout! Good size rooms, modern bathroom with great shower. The bedding was very comfortable. All in all great choice to stay in Times Square! The only caveat is the breakfast: the only available option feels like a fast food chain. Other than that, everything was great! "My partner and I had the best weekend getaway at Arlo! It was the perfect spot to turn into every night after walking the city. It was very clean and aesthetic with the nicest staff. A special shout out to Whitney for making sure we got the perfect room on a higher floor! We didn’t mind waiting in the hotel bar with some complimentary drink tickets while she worked her magic. Amazing place- will definitely book Arlo again next time we’re back in the city (which will be soon!)"
