"We had a great stay and this was our first time staying at a Tru. Robert, the front desk agent who checked me in, was super nice and you could tell he enjoys what he does. Very accommodating and kind. The hotel was extremely clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was nice. Pancakes, omelets, sausage, oatmeal, different varieties of cereal, and an assortment of bagels and bread to toast. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to pay $75.00 upon arrival for a pet fee. We have a small shihtzu who is hypoallergenic, so that rate seemed quite a bit. Should be based on size and type of pet. Will definitely stay here again given the chance. "
