"Everything about our stay was great, with the exception of a handful of stains on the towels and bed sheets. Other than the stains, nothing about the rooms felt dirty/unclean. The property was very well maintained, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and location was great!"

Hilton Bali Resort

Hilton Bali Resort

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel resort is amazing and the staff are the most welcoming & accommodating I have seen. My son has nut & egg allergies and the hotel catering staff went above and beyond to cater for his needs at breakfast and also in the Nusa Dua lounge that we had access to. I would like to say a big thank you to Ayu, Risma, Ribi, Karisma, Ade, Yana and Dedek for making the time to get dishes for my son to enjoy during his stay. The pools where fun and kept the kids entertained, however, I would have preferred a specific pool where you could swim lengths rather than having multiple small pools with kids in all of them. The water slide was fun. The beach front was well maintained and both my kids spent a lot of time here playing and relaxing. The games area, was fine, but we did not play pool or the table football as much. The Arcade games inside the clubhouse was available if you wanted to play, but as the weather was great, did not use. The room was nice, however on the booking we had 4 people, 3 adults and 1 child and where expected to have both myself, wife and child on the king size bed and my adult daughter on the sofa bed. This we did not agree with as this would be very cramp, but the hotel managed to get a spare fold down bed. The room was of a good size, but the A/C did not always work and we needed an engineer to fix it. They had to bring in a portable unit for the stay. On the last day we got an upgrade to our stay to a 1 bedroom suite and this was amazing."

The staff was so kind and welcoming, the property was stunning, and the food was fantastic! We loved it soooo much that we extended our trip again, ONE more day after that. Dreamsea Uluwatu

Dreamsea Uluwatu

8/10 Good
"I looked up videos of the stairs ahead of time, but there were more than I anticipated. After getting down the first set of stairs, youโ€™ll go across a bumpy, sandy path to get to the hotel and then have more steep steps at the hotel. The steps to get to the rooms are also very steep. This is all fine if you have a backpack or small bag. We had almost 20kg in our suitcases, and it was a workout. Just be prepared for that if you are bringing a suitcase. Itโ€™s like hiking, and we were sweating and needing breaks along the way. The bathroom water smelled pretty bad, and I donโ€™t think I would enjoy showering in it for a long stay. We were worried about mosquitos because there was a big gap in the doors when they were closed and locked, but actually we didnโ€™t get any bites. The view is beautiful, and we loved being so close to the ocean. The beaches were pretty clean too. We had two meals here, and the food was great. We stayed at a fancy resort with many dining options after this, but we enjoyed the food at Dreamsea better. The fruit is so fresh and sweet, and the teas were great. We also loved the rendang. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed our stay and slept well. I donโ€™t think I would stay here for a long time because itโ€™s not convenient to get out of the hotel and get to other places, but itโ€™s so nice if you just want to be close to the ocean."

"We had a wonderful stay at COZ Boutique Villas in Uluwatu! The complex was beautifully designed and each villa was so luxurious and comfortable. We loved the private pool, outdoor bathroom, the indoor-outdoor flow and tropical gardens. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and always helpful with everything we needed. They contacted us straight away when we left an item behind at the villa and very kindly delivered it to a friend to bring home. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and shops. COZ kindly arranged scooters for us during our stay and it was a short ride to Uluwatu's best restaurants and stunning beaches. This was our first time to Uluwatu and we had the most relaxing holiday at COZ Boutique Villas. We are definitely booking again for next year! We highly recommend COZ Boutique Villas for a relaxing and luxurious holiday."
