We’ve been staying in a suite for almost 2 weeks. It’s just so surprising how this hotel doesn’t have a cot, charges for extra blanket, always has issues with their key cards, parking gets full all the time and has super dirty washing machines. The housekeepers extremely nice BUT they need to be more thorough. For instance, the housekeeper who cleans our room always forgets something like she forgets to put a mat, to put back a trash bin, to close the window or whatsoever. She is such a nice lady but needs to be more thorough. The washing machine on the 5th floor is disgusting. The detergent drawer has mold and doesn’t seem to be ever cleaned. I myself had to take out the drawer, took it to the washroom in the gym, wash and rinse several times before using it. Yet they charge 4 bucks for each machine.

Staffs were extremely nice, professional and efficient. Rooms are in decent sizes and clean. The only downside of this hotel is that they no longer provide amenities but only reusable shampoo and soaps which normally are given by cheap motels.

Though the hotel isn’t perfect, especially with no amenities provided to reduce disposable products, the staffs were extremely nice and helpful so all these disappointments go away.

The hotel was nice. Location great. But since it’s on a main street the car sounds were very noisy at night. We couldn’t sleep due to the cars driving all night. The rooms are mostly facing the busy street. The room smelled a little of cigarettes. The on-site parking gets full by late afternoon so you have to park down 2 streets to another parking lot. Overall 3/5

청결하고 조용하고 화장실도 2개라서 친구들4명이 쉬기에 아주 좋았어요. 조금 아쉬운점은 드라이어가 뜨거운바람이 잘 안나왔어요.(약간 미지근한 바람만) 전체척으로 만족합니다.
