The place is clean and the staffs are nice and friendly. They also have a good selection of food in the restaurant in the property and also has free breakfast. I like the idea of having a shuttle that can take you to Ubud town center and pick you up. I recommend this place to anyone and will come back and stay here again.

The property was well maintained and I liked how the rooms and villas were situated on the property offering privacy for each villa. The staff were readily available and always were willing to help although stayed discreetly away until needed.

The property is stunning and overlooks the jungle. I stayed in one of the rooms that open up to the infinity pool overlooking the jungle. Waking up every morning and opening the curtains to the pool and view were the highlight of my stay. The staff was great and i had the most amazing hot stone massage by Eka. The property is a bit away from town but there is a free shuttle available if needed.

One of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the surroundings are just divine. We loved having access to the infinity pool from our bedroom, it was so worth it and I would recommend to anyone. The service was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was disappointed they allowed smoking and vaping inside the dining room when there was an adjacent outdoor dining area. I was there for the fresh mountain air. The food and service were outstanding.

This property is outside the city center. It is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. Definitely relaxing. Food and drinks were excellent. They also offer a shuttle to city center with pick up several times a day. I havd zero regrets especially as a solo traveler!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet area near Ubud surrounded by lush jungle. The staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Ode at the front desk. The infinity pool is gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The prices are also very affordable compared to some of the other resorts in the area of this calibre. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in Bali next time. Highly recommend it.

Everything about the facility is great, but that they don't have anyone up in the morning to check out and handle machine to accept payment for services occured during the stay and I had to wait for 30 minutes for a guy to drive over, I think this can be done better, 1 online portal, 2 keep card on file at check in, 3 remind me of that a day or so before. Maybe this information was somewhere but a reminder would be nice

The service was amazing! Everyone was really caretaking and always a fast service with a smile. They could not be any better! The property is beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit off from everything and it’s not that good conditions to just take a walk. If you live in the garden room the shower is partly outside and then you can count of sharing it with lots of insects - not my favourite.. The food was amazing especially the breakfast.

Hidden Paradise was truly stunning! The pool and the villas in the side of the hill were amazing!! The staff were friendly and super helpful and ensured I had a fantastic stay. I loved the private pool to the villa as well. It’s worth noting that it is a little way out from central Ubud but it’s easy and cheap to get into town via gojek which the staff can help you with, and it’s totally worth it for the beautiful, quiet location. Only other super minor detail was the towels were a little older but the bed linen was really nice. Would 100 per cent recommend to family and friends.
