"I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring.
