The magnificent cleaning lady always had a smile and was very thorough and detail oriented in all aspects of her tasks. The security folks were focused on their duties and still were compassionate and friendly to all guests. "We had to stay here due to our flight being cancelled because of the attack on Venezuela and they took care of us! The young man in the office was so accommodating and respectful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It’s amazing that they have a laundry facility onsite. Would highly recommend! "
