"The hotel is well situated from the station and has lots of restaurants and several parks. Close to the cruise terminal if your ship is docked there otherwise it is a 30 minutes cab drive. We sailed with RCCL and ship embarked us from the other side of Yokohama. Check in at 3 pm but got in no layer than 2 pm because I signed up as a member. Airi, the front desk staff was helpful. All front desk staff spoke English. Kathiwada helped us with our luggage to Nagano. It costs only $ 43 for 2 medium and 1 small suitcases. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Instead of a western breakfast I opted for my Japanese breakfast yummy mackerel. This is our go hotel when in Yokohama."
