"While the residence is truly in an excellent location, relatively attractive from the outside and the aircon worked well, my room (on the low floor) was dark, small and impersonal - not exactly as pictured on the advert and not of adequate value for 250 BP. I did appreciate the change of the first room I received, which was even more unacceptable. Basically, I would nor recommend to get a room on the lowest floor. Otherwise the place is clean and some reception staff is friendly and pleasant. ...

"The room was clean and spacious enough for a short trip. I did appreciate having a washer and dryer (one unit) in the room. There aren't any cleaning services or garbage removal unless requested, but it's an extra charge, so the bin was overflowing by the end of our trip. But the location is great, the building is clean and the shopping convenient. There is a whole foods for groceries, lots of restaurants and tons of shopping. Worth the price."
