For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport. "Our stay at Royal Horseguards London was magnificent. The hotel is located at a prime spot, counting to one of the landmarks at the river Thames. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous. A special recommendation is the beautiful hotel terrace with great food and delicious drinks. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to London. "

"Room wax clean, staff friendly and explained that if I needed anything, like cutlery, more towels etc, to just ask. Pool was lovely, gym also was good. I didn’t use many of the facilities as was working, but had a nice area to sit outside in the evening and was ideally situated. It was very hot the week I was there, I left the window open all the time and that helped. No air con, but I’m not a fan of that anyway. People have commented before about the train noise, it didn’t bother me at all. I...

"We stayed here only for one night, the rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The only problem o had with them is that they don’t offer any services to their guests and they ask money for it. When we asked the to store our luggage for two hours till its time for us to leave they asked for money! When the other guest asked if early check in is available (only 1 hour early check in) they asked for money! We’ve been traveling a lot and this is the first time I encountered something like this....

"Excellent location if you're a Theater District fan and love Covent Garden and the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. My room was very nice (renovated walk-in shower) and staff allowed us to check in early at 1100 vs 1500. Breakfast was good except for the coffee, and all staff treated us well. The area felt safe, even at night. "
