"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. "We had a pleasant stay. Only downside was that we booked the property because we wanted one with a pool. The pool was very very cold and we couldn’t stay in for more than 2 minutes because of this. We then decided we would go in the sauna to warm up and the sauna smelled as if the wood was actually burning. Too hot to even breathe in there so we swiftly exited.
