Stayed here during my 12 hour layover in Hong Kong and it was a wonderful experience. They provided transportation to and from the airport and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is also connected to a huge outlet mall so although we arrived late, there were plenty dining/entertainment options available still.

Location was fantastic! So convenient! We appreciate the shuttle to and from the airport. Service was excellent. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms could use a lot of improvement. Main concern was the trouble we were having with the water temperature of the showers. The temp was fluctuating so much we couldn’t shower properly. It was especially difficult for our kids. The water would get warm, so cold and then so hot every 5 seconds. They tried their best to resolve the issue by switching us to another room but it was still an issue. The rooms could use more practical features, like towel hooks, racks and more cabinet space. Also, the rooms were pretty dusty. My daughter dropped her toy under the chair and it came up with so much dust. The shelves with the glasses and teapot was dusty as well. Our second room didnt have an air filter. Over all enjoyed our stay but rooms need improving.

Close proximity to airport which meets our #1 need. Hotel also offers frequent free shuttle service and this is a wonderful feature. I found the doors (room door plus toilet door) are heavy and post challenges to some people. Staff members are professional. Found a little slow posting credit card deposit refund though, this may be credit card company issue. Overall a very wonderful experience.

THE HOTEL IS JUST 2 YRS OLD AND IS LOCATED ABOVE CITYGATE AND VERY CLOSE TO NGONG PING 360. I was very DISAPPOINTED 😞 with the BED in room 519 COULD NOT SLEEP. THE CENTER spring of the bed has caved in. IT IS LOWER and it's like my butt is sinking... The shower water is flowing out of the door and the Automated Toilet is so small. I am not so big but it feels like a kiddy toilet... feels so terrible.

The property itself is pretty new so that’s a plus. However, the location is really weird. It does not have a main entrance. The lift to the ground floor does not work. You can only enter inside the mall which is pretty confusing and hard to find. Additionally the target customer seems to be mainland Chinese tourists which can affect the room condition, for example there is a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom. It is a not bad hotel but doesn’t match the price given that it’s so far away from the main district.

This place is top notch!!! Checking in the Executive Lounge was such an easy and stress free process not to mention the view of Discovery Bay while sippin a glass of Chianti was a nice touch. Great location, over engineered basics.
Great location close to the Airport, MTR and Citygate Outlets. I stayed here over 4 nights on two different occasions. During both stays the TV didn't work at all. On the second occasion, the room was downgraded to one without a bathtub. The thermostat didn't work and the room would be 62 every morning with the fan blowing on high regardless of what I set the temperature to the night before. A TV and thermostat are basic elements of a hotel room yet somehow they've over engineered them at this property to where they don't work consistently (or at all).

Excellent staff, beautiful property.
Check in was smooth and the service level of the staff is very high. Their airport shuttle doesn't run 24 hours so if you have a flight that arrives after 11:00pm, you'll need to take a taxi from the airport, about HKD65/$8 USD. Also, make sure to get cash in HKD as the blue taxis do not take credit cards. There is complementary water in the room however they are in recyclable brown boxes with a pull tab, not the typical clear plastic water bottles. It took me a while to figure this out. I don't know why this is a trend in the newer hotels, but there were a ton of light switches everywhere and the vanity sink area was very under lit. Really love this hotel and I will be back in about a week for 2 more nights here. Highly recommended, mostly due to the well trained and attentive staff. .

The design of the hotel is frustrating. The only way you can enter the hotel is thru the mall or to walk down a dark underground garage. The elevator system is split between getting in to the hotel and another lift that will take you to the rooms. The doors are excessively heavy, the beds are quite hard and the room didn’t have a curtain that blocked light.

We stayed at a family room. The beds are comfy which is the only merit i can find within the hotel. The family room is a bigger room, however, the design seems has not utilized the space that you feel the walking area are very narrow inside the room, and there is no designated space for us to open and put the luggage. One more disappointment is the floor planks are not properly installed, you may be scratched if you walk without shoes/slipper, and the plank surface is slippery, particularly when you are wearing socks. I think the swimming pool is comparatively small. One more weird thing is that the reception and the pool are at 9/F but my room is at 6/F, and the room window is very close to the Citygate office building There are no dental and shaving kits in the toilet, and then no one answer call for services when i called for more than 20 mins for at least 5 times at around 9pm, then I needed to go to the receiption to ask for the kits. I can only say the overall experience is not good, but the restaurants and shops at the outlet give you the convenience.
