El hotel esta bonito y tranquilo , pero la limpieza y el mantenimiento esta malo ( toallas en mal estado, piscina sucia, cosas tiradas en el jardin, sabanas con manchas , fugas en el baño ) ausencia en la recepción nada mas la señora de la cocina quien tiene que atender todo pero no esta formada para esto . Internet malo

Esta muy bien, son tipos departamentos y son amplios. El colchon un poco duro y le falta mantenimiento en general al hotel, pero la atencion es muy buena! Lo recomiendo.

Please do not be fooled by the photos. This is so much less than ideal... the pool is not really usable, the food is not nice and it's very far from town. They will rent you bikes which is somewhat helpful. They charged an extra $50 per night, per person, for someone to sleep on the couch. With zero amenities, what on earth is this cost for? Between staff constantly looking in our room and lack of amenities, lack of friendliness and overcharging for everything, I can not recommend. You are better off in a hostel for much less money or finding a rental.

Super great place! Huge size 2-room apartment with a balcony and a terrace in the front! Very modern, very clean! Comfortable king size bed. Area is very local and deserted, need a car! But be sure to visit Holistika resort in the area, which is only a 5-7 minutes walk. They let you in without stopping for free, has a spacious jungle garden with art installations, 2 awesome swimming pools, many other interesting things on their property!

Pas de réception ni de personnel

Difficile à trouver mais une fois cela fait l'intérieur ressemble aux photo. Le séjour aurait pu être extra si nous avions eu de l'eau le 2eme jour : pas de douche, pas de lavabo et surtout pas d'eau dans les TOILETTES ( c'est agréable quand on est pas seul!!!) . Il y a normalement un restaurant (pour le petit dej que nous avions payés en sus) mais ça devait être le jour de fermeture car il n'y avait personne! Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur le personnel à la réception car il n'y avait également personne ce jour là pour régler notre problème d'eau et faire le check-out (on a laissé les clés sur le bureau).

Ótimo custo-benefício

O hotel casa tulum é extremamente aconchegante e bem rústico, característica marcante de Tulum. Fiquei no quarto no térreo, que ao abrir a porta dava direto na piscina! O quarto era ótimo com ar condicionado, cozinha, sem televisão, porém não fez falta alguma. O local é extremamente calmo, ideal para relaxar!! Achei ótimo o custo-benefício. No café da manhã, as opções eram servidas com pratos decorados, muito capricho! Não tivemos problemas com a localização pois estávamos com carro alugado e um dia alugamos a bike e fomos para região da praia! Eu com certeza indicarei Casa Tulum aos meus amigos e espero voltar. Obrigada a todos funcionários pela ótima recepção!!

Wonderful boutique property!

Casa Tulum was a great find! It is in a quiet section of Tulum, away from the party noise, but just a short walk or bike ride to everything you might want. Rooms were clean and well equipped, front desk friendly and helpful. There is a small restaurant that serves brunch, but never did eat there so can't comment on it. Wonderful find and can't wait to return!

Nice hotel in Tulum town

BED was comfy. Like brand new . Nice kitchen with blender, toaster etc. Nice comfy couch/ day bed in the living room area. Beautiful wood furniture. Small store next door to get water/ beer/treats. Very sweet staff and nice pool. Not close to downtown so need bycicle which they have. Or taxi.

Quiet, comfortable, great value

Casa Tulum is a cute, new hotel with good service and well-priced rooms. The hotel is located at the outskirts of the city in an area that is continuing to be developed (the street in front of the hotel was being prepared to be paved during our stay and a mini-mart opened next door on our last day). We enjoyed the quiet, private room that was nicely decorated and well maintained, and we especially liked having the sitting area and kitchen in the room. It would have been difficult to get to and from the hotel without a car or taxi service, but the good price made it an attractive place to stay while we explored Tulum and the surrounding area. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I would stay here again.

Nice, Relaxing Hotel

A little difficult to find at first. I arrived at night. My room was very nice. Great chef. Pool and front and back decks on all rooms. Very relaxing. Free bikes provided. Short drive or 30 minute ride to the beach. Convenient to the town.

The hotel is clean, tranquil and beautiful.

The staff was so nice and very knowledgeable about where to go for private and unique experiences. This is in downtown Tulum and very immersed in the Mexican culture. If you want more than the beach gimmick, give this a try. We were not disappointed..
