"The wifi password was not correct. I missed a work meeting. The shower head is gone, it feels like being under a garden hose. They have cookware that don’t fit the induction, it took me a while to understand why the cook work wasn’t working. Lots of red ants, I contacted the management company, no one ever showed up. They are constructions around, it’s jack hammer all day but not Sunday."

" We expected more from our accommodation, as the listing described more features, such as an ocean view. There was no ocean view — instead, we had a view of the street and a construction site. The complex is huge, and the apartment was located at the very far end, which was very inconvenient. The pool was unusable because the water was extremely warm. Overall, the apartment was nice and clean, but to address all the initial issues, I got in touch with the host and was promised a 20% refund. I...

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."
