"Our stay was disappointing overall. While we visited during spring break, the hotel was extremely overcrowded, making it hard to enjoy anything. The waterpark was fine for the first couple of hours, but quickly became too packed, with very long lines everywhere. Food and drinks were overpriced ($40 for two funnel cakes and fries, $25 for a basic frozen drink). Parking was $25 per day, and a $150 deposit was required, which I am still waiting to be refunded. Cleanliness was a major issue. The entrance and lobby had an unpleasant odor, hallways smelled strongly of weed, and there was visible garbage in some areas. Our room did not meet expectations. It smelled musty, floors looked dirty, and there were serious hygiene concerns. The bed appeared to have no proper mattress cover, just a sheet. There was a poop stained toilet, a used bar of soap put back in the box, and leftover trash. The room felt so unclean that I had to wipe things down myself before we could use it. Overall, overcrowding, poor cleanliness, and high costs made this an unpleasant stay. I would not return."

"Very enjoyable experience. Very clean property and very accessible restaurants and casino. Food was very good. I recommend Caesars for a fun experience. "

"The Golden Nugget has seen better days. The only area with any modernization is the casino floor. The new slot machines are horrible they just take your money with virtually no winning. The room are old and haven’t been updated in many years."

"My kids loved this hotel and the rooms are a great size.We stayed a Wednesday to a Friday, Thursday morning there was a sign on the pool that it was closed until further notice. When I asked the front desk about it, the gentleman was extremely rude. I heard other guests asking about the pool also, and he was short, unkind and irritated at everyone. We booked this hotel for the pool and we were given no details. On Friday when it was opened the pool and hot tub were freezing."

"Upon check-in, we were assigned adjoining rooms (1826–1827). Both rooms had broken thermostats, leaving the rooms unreasonably cold completely inappropriate, especially considering there were young children (all under the age of six) present. W had to put two of our asthma children on their machines for treatment due to this and addition, the smoke detector in room 1827 went off continuously throughout the night. We reported these issues multiple times, both overnight and again in the morning. Despite repeated calls, no immediate action was taken. It was not until approximately 10:00 AM that a staff member (Ricardo) confirmed the issues and advised that we needed to be moved. However, no room change occurred until after 6:00 PM an unacceptable delay of over eight hours. During this time, we interacted with a front desk employee named Ryan, who was dismissive, unhelpful, and unable to provide any resolution, citing staffing shortages and lack of management. This level of disorganization is not a guest’s responsibility to absorb. When we were finally moved, there was no assistance provided no staff support, no luggage carts (we were told they were “lost”), and no effort to accommodate the inconvenience we had already endured. Housekeeping never serviced our rooms during the stay. Not once. We were later told by an overnight staff member (11 PM–7 AM shift) that we would receive a 50% discount for the affected night for both rooms.This was communicated clearly, yet no consist"
