"Breakfast was always great a fresh and done as I like it … the only negative about my stay was dinner .. I ordered the ropa vieja and all I got was sauce, peppers and onions . It was truly a disgrace and unacceptable for the price $38? Not good . Also waited to be attended for 20 minutes before anyone came over to say “I’ll be right with you “ it seems the restaurant at dinner is understaffed … also as a guest you charge for water bottles??? $3.09 each??? I’ve stayed in low budget hotels and never have I paid for water .. the front desk charges my room . That’s very unfortunate.."

"We booked this hotel for the hot tub. When we arrived we walked the property and everything looked great so we went to dinner and came back to get on the hot tub. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on so we went to the front desk and the guy behind the counter said oh yeah it's broken...... There were no signs no indication it was out of order we won't be back"

"Check in was very fast and easy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing the furniture looks a bit scratched up. "

"Clean safe and quiet, staff was very friendly. The best part is what’s behind the hotel. Walk past the 2nd red fire pump station on the right side of the hotel to the walkway and turn right. The promenade goes all the way around the pond to the restaurants and shopping. Check out the Love Locks Bridge in the middle "

"Pros: The AI virtual front desk was actually excellent. Questions were answered promptly and were accurate. The concierge staff is top-notch too and very helpful when needed. The free coffee in the lobby was nice too for the caffeine fiends in our group. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and well-stocked. Cons: a key fob is required to access the building and to use the elevator. With a 3-bedroom unit, we were only given one fob which was a bit of a hassle at times. With the 3-bedroom, we were also only issued one parking pass. We had two cars, and so had to use the lower level visitors spots which only allowed you to pay for 24 hours at a time. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding & so very busy…it was a total pain to have to renew the parking every 24 hours. If you forget, your vehicle will be towed (and they are serious about that!). The other challenge was that the elevator for our building was out of order so in order to get to our unit, we had to enter the building next door, take the elevator up to our floor, cut through the parking garage and then enter our building and find our unit. We had a lot of stuff for the wedding, and so had to make multiple trips from car to unit which was a total pain. Also, the cleanliness of the unit was sub-par. We traveled with young children who ran around the unit barefoot. In the evening when bathing them, the bath water would turn black from the accumulated dirt on their feet from the unclean floors. "
