"This is an old hotel and we were disappointed in this property, which supposed to be part of the an Accor group. The room was ok, but bed had no support and was lumpy, the linens are poor in quality (sheets, pillows and blanket) and the towels were non-absorbent. We heard planes until the late hours of the night and there was a party somewhere in the hotel with heavy bass music and lots of people yelling. If any of these things are important to you for a good night’s rest, take a pass! "

"Staff is amazing, rooms are good and the property is in great condition. I loved the breakfast with plenty of options and delicious. The only unfortunate thing in our stay was a person that was also staying had an erratic behavior and was screaming “murder” at the pool making us feel unsafe I wasn’t sure if this person was a regular but nobody took them out or at least called the police. We were planning to get in the pool in the morning to then hang out in Miami at night but had to switch it because we waited until 11 am to see if they would leave the pool but kept screaming/fighting until then. We still had a lot of fun in Miami and the pool was warm at night which was great and we had a peaceful time. I still highly recommend this hotel and would stay again just wish staff would at least call the police if someone is disturbing the peace of everyone else staying at the hotel."

"Excellent location. You can walk to dicks sporting good, Kohls, outback steakhouse house, 4 or 5 other restaurants. Smart Plastic surgery is only 1.4 miles. Employees were very nice! We extended our stay 2 days. Free parking ."

"El hotel es cercano al aeropuerto . Muy útil si uno tiene que quedarse un día o pocos días en Miami. Nos fue de gran utilidad que tuvieran una suite para llegar con mi esposo y mis tres hijos. Es decir 5 personas. El desayuno muy completo y rico. La suite estaba grande y cómoda , al igual que el baño. La quinta cama era un sofá cama y si sugiero que lo limpien. Estaba muy sucio cuando mi hijo le puso las sábanas "
