"Paid £50 to have my 2 small dogs stay with me for 1 night in a dog-friendly room. But then was told by reception staff that, because I booked through Expedia, I was not entitled to a water bowl or bed for them - which I would have been had I booked direct. Madness. Also not impressed with car parking - run by an ANPR company with hefty fines, even for hotel residents."

"Nice pool for the kids but there was a waiting list to get in, good breakfast but we were lucky to get in straight away as a big line started at about 930. Nice staff"

"Great Hotel with fantastic facilities including gym and pool - the breakfast experience was the best we have experienced! Only down side was that the swimming pool was very busy and had a waiting list - we didn’t know that until we went down to access the pool."
