Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. The hotel is in a quaint hilltop village with private access to a castle and a winery a short hike away. The onsite restaurant is superb, with excellent food and staff. "The hotel itself has good rooms. Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant on the premises was great; we ate there multiple times. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. The owner Andrea was amazing. We had a large car for the area (the roads around Lake Como are SMALL). This led to some issues with parking and even getting into and out of the hotel's parking lot.
