Beautiful hotel . Stunning breakfast, beautiful rooms. Spa facilities we haven’t used due to the fact that one has to pay too much for usage. And there is not so much more to do on the mountain. Why asking such and excessieve amount, i normally pay these ammount for a full day at professional well equiped day spa’s with much more facilities,

Great, but beware the pool costs extra!

Wonderful hotel and rooms good size with all amenities you’d expect. Breakfast is cooked to order and excellent, if it’s busy you’ll have to wait a while for food but it’s worth the wait! So beautifully prepared, with attention to detail. The biggest letdown for us was that you have to pay 50€ per person a day to use the new outside pool as it’s located in the ‘spa'. This was not clear from the hotel description so very misleading and an expensive addition to the holiday so be aware of this when booking! You should also have a car if you stay here, the walk uphill is steep and no lights are on the dirt path.

I didnt like that I had to pay for swimming if i didnt use the spa (€40pp). Staf in the restaurants was underperforming and the manager was rude. send a salade back that didnt have dressing containing large chunks of raw carrot and other ingredients, not in standard Manager didnt agree. Spa staff was perfect.

Booked this because it’s a VIP access hotel, but they told me they don’t offer room upgrade and there’s only a tiny poseco was included that’s from the mini bar. If you want to use spa facility is extra but only open 10am to 8pm. Breakfast is included with limited choices. A lot of sweet cakes. Service at breakfast is a little bit slow only two person running the place to order, deliver and clean up. The room is ok, the balcony facing the valley with good view, but no privacy between other rooms, the bush fence is completely no leaves you can see into someone else’s room just standing in the balcony. So many red berries in the balcony too. TV is tiny, and didn’t work, so no entertainment after dark.

Absolutely amazing grounds and hotel overall. Very modern and clean. Pool and Spa area was a highlight. Really recommend if you in the area. Only thing we didn’t enjoy much was a restaurant, 7 course menu was just ok…for €80 per person. We were very tired to look around the for place to eat. Still hotel is beautiful

Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available.

A fantastic wellness break

A very much needed solo, wellness break and everything lived up to my expectations. I can't believe I had the fantastic spa facilities almost to myself every day. The hotel was obviously really quiet pre-Christmas. The service was good, the food lovely and the facilities excellent. I had several treatments which were also excellent. All in all an excellent stay. The weather was grey and horrible each day, but I spent my time very happily in the spa, reading, swimming and planning my next treatment. When the weather is good, there is a lovely walk in the woods up behind the hotel with a guide map to follow. I did this on my last morning when the sun finally came out. I'm not sure if the hotel would suit families with young children but all other travellers would find it most welcoming and relaxing.

The place was misleadingly advertised on Expedia, especially the Pool & Spa is not included! Moreover, the hotel does not provide handsoap in their rooms, the double bed was rather uncomfotable due to an uneven mattress and the room was full of blinking lights to operate the "smart-home" functionalities. All in all, the main concern of the hotel staff seems to focus on the imposition of additional charges for anything that does not qualify as "life support". Seriously, not even an ibis budget hotel charges you with extra fees for orange juice for breakfast! On the other hand, the installations and furnishing were top-class and everything was perfectly clean.

Un vero gioiello! Questa struttura è romantica, unica e perfetta per staccare la spina. Chi cerca relax troverà qui pace e benessere assoluti. Ideale soprattutto per coppie che vogliono vivere un momento indimenticabile insieme. La posizione è spettacolare: da qui si può ammirare Milano, Como e persino Varese – un panorama che resta nel cuore. La struttura ha un fascino particolare, quasi con un carattere da antica rocca, che incanta subito. In poche parole: un luogo da sogno, per rilassarsi e godersi ogni attimo. Per me una raccomandazione assoluta – da provare almeno una volta nella vita!

Perfekte Lage, tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist mit seiner erhöhten Lage am Ende eine Privatstrasse toll gelegen. Die weit gehende Aussicht Richtung Mailand und auch auf die Alpen vom Wallis und dem Aostatal ist sehr schön anzusehen. Praktisch isr auch die Nähe zur Schweizer Grenze und somit die einfache Anreise. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer bot alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten. Speziell fanden wir lediglich, dass man sogar für den Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer bezahlen musste. Da sollten zumindest 2-4 am Tag inklusive sein. Auch fand wir es eigenartig, dass der Spa (inklusive Aussenpool) pro Tag nur 4 Stunden am Stück benutzt werden kann. D.h. es ist nicht möglich am Morgen und Nachmittag für 10-15 Minuten den Aussenpool zu nutzen im Sommer. Zusätzlich ist diese Benutzung nur inklusive, wenn man direkt im Hotel bucht, es ist generell zu teuer für eine einmalige, kurze Benutzung des Aussenpools. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Qualität der Speisen war topp. Ausserdem sind die beiden Restaurants sehr schön gelegen, verfügen über eine Ansprechende Inneneinrichtung und bieten auch wieder diese tolle Aussicht. Auch die Aussenterrasse ist perfekt gelegen. Weiter positiv zu vermerken ist die Verfügbarkeit eine Ladesäule für e-Autos. Wir können das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.
