"Easy to find and check in. Room was pleasant, bed comfortable with lovely shower in the en-suite. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of cereals and huge cooked breakfast with lots of options. The location is excellent for the south shore and the Spa (event centre), which are both a short walk away. If we go back to Bridlington we will definitely stay here again."

"A warm welcome on arrival before being taken to room. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and en-suite shower room. Great view over Mersey to Liverpool. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. Local transport links to Liverpool only minutes walk. The owner and her son make you so welcome it’s almost like a b&b. Had a great stay and would highly recommend."

"Second time we have stayed here. Ate in the evening and had breakfast. The staff were very good and friendly and the food was excellent. We actually stayed in the same room on both occasions, was like going down memory lane. Would definitely stay again, if in the area. "

"This was right on a bus line and close to York center. Room was small but fine for just sleeping in."

"The property is located close to sea and promenade. There is also a busy street close by with bars shops etc. The room itself was small but practical for an overnight stay. The shower room appeared to be new and recently decorated. However the wash basin was to small and difficult to have a shave in. There was no mirror either in the shower room."
