"Best hotel me and my husband stayed in Japan. Grasmere is next to the train station so we didn’t have to wheel our luggages around. The hotel theme is European and it’s beyond beautiful. The best part of our stay is that we were able to get a massage within an hour we inquired and the massage therapist came to our room instead! The luxury of just going straight to sleep right after a massage is top tier! Their buffet breakfast is also outstanding. Walkjng distance to Namba and dotonbori. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Travelled with my wife for the first time to Japan; for the price, we were impressed. Room felt a little crammed at times but was manageable. Staff was extremely friendly and ensured we were comfortable. Room had air conditioning and the bed/pillows were more comfortable than my own. Close to Kyoto Station which saved us time and energy which you would need to travel any places you planned to visit/hike. Would stay here again."

"Accommodation with half board option is a must without consideration. It takes our the needs to worry about where to eat for breakfast and dinner, then you can skip lunch for more time with site visits. The public bath is nice and clean. Staff are friendly."
