"Our stay started out a bit bumpy. We reserved a high floor room with two beds. High floor rooms were more expensive, and it seemed to be a nicer room. When we got to our room, we were disappointed! It was in pretty bad shape and extremely small. We went down to recrption and voiced our concern. We were promptly moved to a new room on a lower floor. It was much nicer. Looked to have been renovated more recently and was slightly bigger. Laundry facility was outstanding and the staff was kind. Looks like the hotel is renovating each floor. Happy that the staff took our concerns with the first room and promptly made it right. Hotel is in the middle of everything in Umeda. Right next to Yodabashi Camera. "
